About Me

I am 34 year old white male, who worked his way through college. I had considerable help from my parents, but still held a part time job to pick up my end of college tuition. It seemed that I as a white male, age 18 - ? was one of the few that could not receive any aid to go to school. That made me think about government, regulations, and entitlement programs. To further my understanding of these concepts I took a couple of political science classes to further understand WHY i may not be eligible.

The more research I did, the more I realized that it was not governments job to help me, or anyone really, further my education. This was really my turning point from republican to a more libertarian form of belief.

The more I read and the more of the political culture to which I expose my self, I find that I am a melding of some of all of these political beleifs that surround us today. My liberal side has absolutely no problem with the idea of abortion. My conservative side sees these buildings in Washington D.C. that were constructed closer to the era of our founding fathers than to the era of which many of us come from, (excluding some of our MOST seasoned citizens) and realize that we should not endorse a religion, but this country was founded in a basic belief of God. My Libertarian side...sees most everything else. From taxation to legalization of some controlled substances such as marijuana to limiting the power of the Federal government.

It seems that we all forget that the power not given to the Federal government defaults to the states, I am here to remind you of that fact...and present you a few more. Sit back, relax (if you can) and enjoy the ride that
